Apartment 1

(1) Bedroom unit (up to 2 persons): US$ 140

(2) Bedroom unit (up to 4 persons): US$ 165

Plus Cleaning fee of US$75 and damage deposit of US$150

Apartment 2

(1) Bedroom unit (up to 2 persons): US$ 120

(2) Bedroom unit (up to 4 persons): US$ 145

Plus cleaning fee of US$75 and damage deposit of US$150

Payment Terms:

To confirm your  reservation, a 50% deposit is required.

The remaining 50% plus cleaning fee and night security deposit against damages/breakages are due four (4) weeks prior to the start of your stay. The security deposit in part or full is refundable 5 days after departure.

All transactions are payable in US dollars

Quoted rates include housekeeping services for stays between 7 and 14 nights.

Inquire about housekeeping service for stays in excess of 14 nights which will be for the account of the guest.

Rates are per unit, per night, inclusive of all taxes and fees.
