Short Term

  Regular Rates:  

(1) Bedroom unit ( up to 2 persons): US$95

(2) Bedroom unit (up to 4 persons): US$ 145

Peak Rates:  

(1) Bedroom unit (up to 2 persons): US$ 135

(2) Bedroom unit (up to 4 persons): US$ 170

Payment Terms:

To confirm your  reservation, a 50% deposit is required.

The remaining 50% plus $150 security deposit  is due four (4) weeks prior to the start of your stay. The security deposit against damages, breakages etc is refundable in part or full within 5 days after departure.

All transactions are payable in US dollars

Quoted rates include Internet and weekly housekeeping services.

Rates are per unit, per night, inclusive of all taxes and fees.
